Our mission is to empower indiviuals and communities

to reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens

Our work stems from the growing need to empower those trapped in the cycle of poverty. By providing educational tools, mentors, and community building projects we inspire and present pathways out of poverty.

All Four One and the Boy Scout of America are excited to announce that we are joining forces to create the “Exploring Cares” campaign. AFO will work with organizational development experts, consultants and nonprofit staff to help service groups focus on client and community engagement as part of their everyday work.

The project will build on AFO’s decade of work helping organizations integrate a social change perspective into their service delivery. Ishmail Terry CEO and Chairman, who has been instrumental to building AFO’s work with social service agencies, remarked, “I’m excited to have the Boy Scouts of America support and expand what we’ve learned through our work in Detroit.”

Leveraging the Boy Scout of America’s unique role as the premier community of capacity builders for nonprofits, the Exploring Cares project will officially launch at the 2020 Great Lake Field Service. Anthony Jackson Chairman, Advisory Committee Boy Scouts of America GLFSC.

All Four One’s president Darrin Flowers presented at the Boy Scout of America’s 2020 roundtable. “The Roundtable’s conference is always a great opportunity to learn with and from other thinkers and practitioners in the nonprofit sector,” remarked Flowers, “we are thrilled to be partnering with them to ignite a culture shift among service organizations.”
